Located near the Hakata Station which can be a great convenience. It takes about just 10 mins walk from the hotel to the station.
The lobby is located at level 2 where free coffee is provided. I requested for a high level room and they were able to meet it but there is not much view.
Do note that noise from the train can be heard in the room but shouldn't be bothering you if you are used to it.

Stay there for a week. The front desk is really helpful. The bed room is small but the big shower room is fantastic. The rail view room is interesting!

The hotel is not far from Hakata Train Station, 10 minutes away. The room is not big but ok. Since it is next to the railway line and you can hear the sound of trains all the time, it is not recommended for those who are light sleepers. Breakfast is OK, quite satisfactory.
A very nice hotel, quite environment ,but in the city. Although it is not in the CBD, but it is walkable to all sightseeing place and shopping centre. There is a 24hours 7-eleven and a supermarket around the corner. Car park is just next door.
